Nadine Maslonka

Professional Yoga Teacher

Since 2015 I have had my own yoga studio in the Grindelviertel in Hamburg – Damn Good Yoga. In 2012, I completed my first Teacher Training, which was by followed Advanced Teacher Training, as well as Thai Massage and Reiki training. Before that, I worked in various positions in the fashion and PR sectors. Movement, that is, the combination of movement, body, mind and emotion, has always played a major role in my life. Ever since I learned to walk, I danced, and taught dance and pilates while I was studying.

Damn Good Yoga

I follow a contemporary yoga form – dynamic, urban, unconstrained, and not at all dogmatic. Spiritual, but not esoteric

Vinyasa Flow and Yin-Yoga

My inspiration lies in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. – the yoga form is dynamic, powerful or quiet, relaxing, according to how you feel. We use new techniques and movements

Yoga and Musik

My lessons are flowing, dynamic and dance-like – so music plays an important role. I combine different forms of movement into a holistic concept

Kundalini Yoga/Karmapa Buddhismus

Since 2016, I have been a student of Gurmukh and Gurushabd in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga as well as of Tsakpo Rinpoche in the tradition of Tibetan Karmapa Buddhism
